Boards are best enjoyed the day they arrive but will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. For optimal presentation, let it reach room temperature 15–20 minutes before serving.

Each board ships with multiple cooling layers, but external temperature may affect feel upon arrival.
